The Jay-Pee double strap leather flag carrier harness is made of high quality leather with two adjustable straps, plastic cup and chrome buckle. The advantage of two adjustable straps is the weight of the flag is carried on the shoulders rather than around the neck. A double strap carrier is suggested for longer ceremonies.
