Product Overview
Alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and explosives are not just the recipe for a crazy night. On July 1, 1972 the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATFE) became an independent bureau reporting directly to the United States Department of Treasury Office. Today, you can own a collector’s edition of an ATFE Lapel Pin with the bureau’s emblem, dated 1972. Making great strides to protect our communities and citizens from the forces of organized crime, terrorism, and illegal use and trafficking, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is an important and unique department working to better our country. This item holds no real authority, but certainly represents the respect we have for the service of our countrymen.
